The new EZiCAT i600 provides a unique data capture and on board memory function, allowing verification of the locators use and the ability to recall records following a near miss, service strike or similar incident.
The EZiCAT i650 locates buried conductive services by receiving electromagnetic signals which radiate from them. The EZiCAT's intelligent software interprets the signal data and provides the operator with an audiable response to the location and direction of buried utilities. The operator can mark the ground or use a GIS mapping device to note the location.
EZiDIG is specifically designed to alert excavator operators to the presence of buried metallic services as they excavate. EZiDIG removes the surveyor and banksmen from the trench and provides a much needed extra layer of protection during the excavation process.
Cable Detection EZiTEX t100 Signal Generator
Dual Frequency Signal Generator. Designed in conjunction with the EZiCAT locators, to easily and accurately trace the route of, or locate, an underground cable or metal pipe that does not carry a naturally present signal. The EZiTEX t100 generates a specific "active" signal, which can then be traced using the EZiCAT.
The Sonde is a compact dual frequency signal transmitter used to trace drains, sewers and other non conductive services. It can be attached to a range of equipment including drain rods, boring tools and inspection cameras.
The EZiROD is a length of coiled fibre-glass rod which enables the complete length of a non – metallic drain, duct or pipe to be traced when used in conjunction with the EZiTRACE and EZiCAT.
Available in 30, 50 and 80 meter lengths.
Where it is not possible or unsafe to make a direct connection to the core of a target cable, (such as live power or telecom cables) the signal clamp may be clipped around the outer sheath.
